CAN YOU DEVELOP MY DESIGN?
- Yes.We can develop custom plush toys from your artwork, reference images, samples, logo, or concept.
- We also provide free design support before sampling and help refine the design and sample based on your confirmed feedback before final approval.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A QUOTE?
- To prepare an accurate quotation, we usually need your design reference, size, quantity, logo requirements, packaging needs, and target market.
- Our standard MOQ is 100-500 pieces per design.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM PLUSH PROJECT USUALLY TAKE?
- Most projects take around 5–7 business days for sampling and 15–25 business days for bulk production after sample approval.

- If you have a target deadline, we can review the schedule with you in advance.
CAN I REVIEW THE SAMPLE?
We normally provide a pre-production sample for review before bulk production begins. You can check the size, shape, fabric, workmanship, logo application, and overall appearance, and sample adjustments can be made based on your confirmed feedback before final approval.
ARE YOUR PLUSH TOYS SAFE?
Yes. Child safety is a key priority for us. Our plush products can be developed according to the safety requirements of major markets, and sample testing can be arranged through third-party laboratories when needed based on your product and target market. We go above and beyond when it comes to testing and safety.
WILL I RECEIVE ORDER PROGRESS UPDATES?
- After sample approval, we use the confirmed sample as the production reference and check key details throughout manufacturing.
- We also share updates at important stages, including sample approval, production, inspection, and shipment preparation, so you can follow the progress more clearly.
